PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is a great way to improve your overall health & wellbeing. Personal trainers can assist you to implement new healthy eating and exercise habits, improve strength and mobility, improve fitness, and ultimatley improve quality of life allowing you to paticipate in activities that fulfill you.

Personal Training for Children

Accessing a Personal Trainer for your child can be an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy. Encouraging children to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.

For children, it is about supporting them to develop the foundational movement skills to support their daily living skills and allow them to participate in activities they enjoy, running about doing the things kids do.

We use a unique interest led approach when working with children, and will work with you to create a program to not only support their abilities to participate in movement based activities in the community (including sport at school, playing at recess, dancing, soccer or netball training or riding their bikes and skateboards) but that also allows them to enjoy these activities, no matter how challenging they may find them.

Our Personal Trainers can provide Face to Face services in Karratha, or work with you to provide telehealth and/or home based training plans if you are based outside of the region. 

Personal Training is fundable under the Improved Health & Wellbeing category of your NDIS plan. We may also be able to upskill your other supports to support you to achieve your personal training goals. We recommend talking with your NDIS Support Coordinator about your individual goals and NDIS plan.
